In order to remain a viable organization in the Enid community, it is essential that JWL have the ability to attract and retain members who are committed to our mission of volunteerism. Therefore, we have established four (4) classes of membership: Active Members, Provisional Members, Sustaining Members, and Honorary Members.

Each stage of membership determines the level of involvement of each member.


Sustaining Member - A member who has completed six (6) years if service to JWL and been voted into sustaining membership by the Board of Directors and the membership at large.

Each sustaining member may continue to do active work in JWL as desired, but is not required to do so. Sustaining members are welcome to attend meetings and may propose a candidate for membership.

Honorary Members - A member who has served on the Executive Board, has completed six (6) years of service, and has given distinguished service to JWL. Honorary membership may only be granted by the Executive Boards favorable vote.

Each honorary member may continue to do active work in JWL as desired, but is not required to do so. Honorary members are welcome to attend meetings and may propose a candidate for membership.
